DIRECTIONS
1. OG RUB IN A BOWL
2. RUB OG RUB ON A RACK OF RUBS
3. PLACE ON SHEET PAN OVERNIGHT AND REFRIGERATE 
4. SET UP SMOKER WITH CHARCOAL FIRE


PRE-HEAT TO 250F PLACE LARGE DRIP PAN WITH WATER UNDER TOP RACK IN CENTER OF SMOKER.

 

WHEN READY ARRANGE RIBS PLACE THREE LARGE WOOD CHIPS ON COALS.

 

COVER AND SMOKE RIBS FOR THREE HOURS.
